1. DO YOUR ITEMS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?
Our products are from 3rd-party vendors. While many of our vendors provide a size guide, be sure to check the description and details of the product before making your purchase.
2. DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT?
No, we are an online-only boutique.
3. I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you did not receive an email confirmation of your order, please call us at (973) 432-9128 or email us at fralediverseboutique@gmail.com.
4. I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF IT ONLINE?
For your convenience, chicos.com offers an Order Inquiry feature. Once you have logged in under "My Account", select the Order Inquiry link from the menu, and you will be able to review and track the delivery on orders made online and by phone.
5. I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT ONE ITEM WAS MISSING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you received your order and an item is missing (that is not on backorder), please call Customer Service at (973) 432-9128 for further assistance.
6. HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to the quick processing time at our distribution center, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.
7. MY ORDER STATUS IS IN PROGRESS. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Your order is being fulfilled and shipped but has not yet received a tracking number. Changes to your order cannot be made once it is In Progress. We will gladly accept your return and provide an exchange or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
8. HOW OFTEN ARE ITEMS RESTOCKED?
The short answer is that we do our best to stay in contact with our vendors.
We do offer email notifications when your favorite items return. For each item you wish to be notified about, select your size and enter your email address to be notified when the item has been restocked.
We do not restock sale merchandise. Those items are final sale.
